With over 3,500 test and assessment providers in North America, choosing one can be very difficult. On one extreme we have expensive assessment centers and specialists that produce solutions that can be as complicated and costly as the problem you are trying to address.

Does your proposed assessment take into account differences in workplace culture across geographical and division lines?
Does your proposed workforce productivity and assessment consultant link their service with your performance data to demonstrate ROI?
Is your proposed assessment for selection/hiring an integrated cognitive, workplace behavior/personality and JobFit assessment? If not containing ALL three elements you don't have a robust solution.
Personality alone is only part of the picture.
